Appointments

While we accept walk-ins based on availability, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure we can accommodate you at your preferred time.

Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment so we can start on time and provide you with the best experience.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other guests.

If you're running late, please call us to let us know. Depending on how late you arrive, we may need to modify your service or reschedule to avoid impacting other guests' appointments.

Pricing

Prices for our services are listed on our Services page. Please note that prices may vary based on:

• Nail length and condition
• Complexity of nail art or designs
• Additional services or treatments
• Time required for the service

We're happy to provide a quote before beginning any service. Just ask!

Payment

We accept cash and most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Tips are appreciated but never required. They can be added to your card payment or given in cash directly to your technician.

Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority. We maintain a clean salon environment and follow strict sanitation practices:

• Disposable air jet liners for all pedicures
• Disposable buffers, files, and pumice sponges for each client
• Hospital-grade disinfection of all reusable tools
• Regular sanitization of all surfaces and equipment

Please let your technician know if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions that may affect your service.

If you have an open wound, infection, or fungal condition on your hands or feet, we may need to postpone your service until it has healed.

Children

Children are welcome at our salon. For safety reasons, children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

We offer services for children—just let us know when booking so we can accommodate you.
